At Koh Gen Do, we ask for reservations only for facial treatments in order to ensure that our customers have a quality time. Reservations can be made in-store, by phone, on line, or by email.

Your esthetician will welcome you with a smile and show you around the salon.
She will explain the facilities in the salon, including the esthetic room and powder room, so that you can use them comfortably.

Counseling and Preparation
Before the treatment, we will ask you to fill out a questionnaire to check your skin and body condition.
If you are undecided about the course, the esthetician in charge will suggest the most suitable course according to your concerns, objectives, and constitution based on the content of the questionnaire, and will inform you of today's treatment details, completion time, and fee.
After the counseling, please change into a special gown in the esthetic salon.
After changing, please relax and wait until one of our staff members arrives to pick you up.
